When Thor Equities purchased the Palmer House in 2005, they bifurcated the property into two separate entities: Palmer House Hotel and Palmer House Retail.  The result was 60,000sf of raw space that was dedicated strictly to retail. Tenant coordination services were provided for each lessee who entered the property.
